Haider Dhanani established Bri-mor in 1988 with the mission to bring a value-based approach to real estate asset management. He would accomplish this by focusing on hard work, trustworthy partnerships, measurable results, and mutual value creation. While the inception of Bri-mor and the values upon which it was founded is the legacy of Haider, it was his wife Fatima, who took the reins of Bri-mor after his passing with a personal resolve to celebrate her late husband and carry on his vision. In 1997 Fatima leveraged the experience gained during the first decade to realize a new opportunity for Bri-mor to explore opportunities in land development. In 2008 Aleem Dhanani, Haider and Fatima’s son, joined the family business bringing the vision of a younger generation while honouring the values instilled by his father.
35 years later Bri-mor has evolved into a multi-faceted real estate organization covering asset management, real estate development, and investments across several asset classes.
